Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and incentives on employee performance at PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all employees who work in PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika Company. This study used the entire existing population as a sample of 84 respondents. The results of the T-Test research on the influence of leadership style on employee performance are 0.016 <0.05 and t count 2.453 > t table 1.663. There is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance, which means that H1 is accepted, which means there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance. The T test for incentives on employee performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the t count is 5.667 > t table 1.663. There is a significant influence between incentives on employee performance, which means that H2 is accepted, which means there is an influence of incentives on employee performance. That the results of the F statistical test obtained an F value of 74,099. The results of F table are 3.96, so it can be explained that Fcount > Ftable or Fcount value is 74.099 > 3.96 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 that the leadership style variable and incentive variable simultaneously or together have a significant effect on employee performance.
